What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.  We also accept money orders and personal checks if you choose to mail us an order.

What is your return or refund policy? 

If for any reason you are not satisfied within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will cheerfully and promptly exchange the item or refund your money. 

 Please enclose your packing slip or, if you don't have it enclose the following information:

• Your full name.
• Proof of purchase such as your order number.
• Reason for return.
• Action you want to take (replacement merchandise or refund).

This information will allow us to process your return as quickly and accurately as possible.

How can I cancel an order with Halon Marketing?

If you should need to cancel your order for any reason, please call 1-800-343-9763 during our business hours.  Please provide your name, address & items ordered.  We can cancel an order at any time prior to shipping.

How quickly will my order ship? 

Most orders will ship in 24 to 48 hours.  Certain items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door, so they do not pass through our warehouse facility.  Please allow 10 to 14 days if an item must ship from the factory.

Do you charge sales tax?

State law requires that internet retailers collect sales tax in states where they are resident.  We are resident in the state of Pennsylvania, subsequently we are required to charge applicable taxes in Pennsylvania.  We do not charge sales tax for shipments outside our state.

What is your warranty policy?

Most of our products are covered by a manufacturer's or a distributor's warranty.  These warranties vary and can be viewed in the product description on the individual product pages.
