         SALT SPRAY, 5% (ASTM B117)

2 coats Master Series permanent rust sealer primer and one coat AG 111 finish coat applied to a rusted panel and scribed with an "x" through center plate. After 14,000 hours of exposure only slight undercutting at spots along the "x" was noted and this was less than 1/32 undercut. Total film thickness 8.0 mils approximate.

OUTDOOR EXPOSURE: Two coats Master Series silver permanent rust sealer, one coat AG 111 argent blue applied to the Pittsburgh Homestead High Level Bridge. At the end of 14 years, less than 5% corrosion was noted.

Precautions:

The only solvent that can be used with AG 111 is MCT 101.  Spray gun must be flushed with MCT 101 prior to use to prevent contamination and fish eye.  The use of tack rags is not recommended.  If recoat time goes beyond 7 days, scuff before recoating with #400 paper.

Harmful, or Fatal if Swallowed
 
If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.  Call physician immediately.

Eye Irritant-Wear eye protection.  In case of contact with eyes, flush repeatedly with water and contact a physician.

Difficult to Remove from Skin- Wear gloves and protective clothing.  Do not attempt to remove cured coating on skin with solvent.  Soak in warm, soapy water.  Barrier creams are recommended.  Wherever possible, cover with protective clothing. 

Combustible- Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame.
